About the event

Join Azzah and Anurima for a poster-making workshop, combining DIY lithography and phone-banking for a ceasefire in Gaza. The workshop will focus on the cultural significance of olive trees and cacti in Palestine, then delve into creating our own adaptations of political posters. Participants will learn how to make their own designs through the DIY lithography process. While sharing materials, we will utilize call scripts to connect with our representatives, amplifying our advocacy for a ceasefire during art-making. Join us in this intersection of creativity and activism at Yafa Cafe in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
